Client Code of Conduct & Confidentiality

This Code of Conduct applies to all of my work and offers, including:

- The Freedom Edits

- The Freedom Letters

- Freedom Unlocked

- The Freedom Recode

By joining any of these spaces, you agree to the following.

1. Confidentiality & Privacy

1.1 What you share stays here

Nothing we discuss in our work together – whether in a group session, 1:1 call, written message or email – is to be disclosed to third parties without explicit written permission from the person who shared it.

1.2 My responsibility to you

Your contact details are stored securely in my CRM.

My team have access only to what they need to do their jobs (e.g. contact details, payment/admin information) and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

No one but me has access to your emails or session notes.

1.3 Your responsibility to others

You agree not to share or repeat any identifying details of other clients or members outside of our space.

What is shared in calls, groups, forums and emails remains confidential and is not to be used as content, gossip, or material for discussion elsewhere.

1.4 Testimonials & public sharing

If you choose to provide a testimonial, I may share it in my marketing.

All testimonials will be published anonymously unless you explicitly agree to be named.

I will never tag you on social media or publicly indicate we are working together without your written permission.

1.5 Contact details

I will not sell or share your contact details with third parties.

Likewise, you agree not to share my direct contact details (personal email, phone, private links, or access URLs) with anyone else without my express written permission.

2. Nature of the Work & Boundaries

2.1 Coaching & mentoring, not therapy

All my offers are coaching/mentoring spaces or libraries of work, they are not therapy, crisis support or medical/psychiatric treatment.

I do not diagnose, treat, or offer therapeutic interventions.

I do not promise to fix or solve your problems.

My role is to support you to lead yourself, build self‑trust and belief, and make aligned decisions.

2.2 Self‑responsibility is essential

By working with me, you agree:

- To take responsibility for your own choices, wellbeing, and actions.

- To seek appropriate professional help (e.g. GP, therapist, psychiatrist, emergency services) when needed.

- Not to use our work together as a dumping ground for unprocessed emotion or as a substitute for therapeutic or medical care.

2.3 When this space may not be appropriate

This work is not a fit if:

- You are currently in acute mental health crisis or need therapeutic/clinical support.

- You have mental health conditions or circumstances that mean a non‑therapeutic coaching space would not be safe or adequate for you.

If we begin working together and it becomes clear that coaching/mentoring is not in your best interests at this time, I will flag this. This is a professional decision about service level and safety – it is not a judgement of you as a person.

2.4 Emergencies

I am not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, please contact local emergency services, crisis lines, your GP, therapist, or other appropriate professionals.

3. Group Spaces (The Self‑Leadership Collective)

3.1 New members & group dynamics

The community that exists as a part of Freedom Unlocked is a living, evolving space. New members may join throughout the lifetime of the community.

If you are not comfortable with new people entering the group over time, please do not join Freedom Unlocked.

The Freedom Edits, The Freedom Letters or The Freedom Recode may be better suited to your needs.

3.2 Confidentiality in groups

Everything shared in group calls, discussion threads and community spaces is confidential to that group.

You agree never to share screenshots, recordings, chat logs or other members’ stories outside the group.

3.3 Respectful communication

You agree to:

- Treat all members (including me and my team) with respect and courtesy.

- Avoid discriminatory, abusive, shaming or inflammatory language.

- Take responsibility for how you express anger, frustration or strong emotion.

I reserve the right to remove you from group spaces, without refund, if your behaviour is harmful, abusive, or consistently breaches this Code.

4. Working Together

4.1 Structure & expectations

In The Freedom Letters:

You send one weekly email as your check‑in.

You will receive one considered reply from me per week.

I set aside around 30 minutes per email to read your message and write my response.

If you have simple clarifying questions, and time allows, I may respond again but this is not agreed as part of service delivery. The default is one weekly reply.

To ensure depth without overwhelm:

Please aim to keep your main weekly email to around 750 words or less. As a guideline, it should take you no more than ten minutes.

Less is absolutely fine; you do not need to “fill” the word count.

If you send a long, unedited “journal dump”, I may not be able to address everything in my reply.

To get the best from this space, I recommend:

- Getting all your thoughts out on paper first, then refining what you most want my input on.

Focusing on:

- what you aimed for

- what happened

- what you’re noticing about patterns, emotions or obstacles

- what you desire or intend next

This helps me give you a thoughtful, personalised response that goes deep, without us getting lost in the weeds or overloading your nervous system.

In The Freedom Edits:

A new edit topic is released on sign up and then every 30 days - sometimes that will look like one session per month but where required this may increase.

You will need to set aside 30-60 minutes to watch the energy sessions and agree to the self care that I suggest for after the sessions.

You may not share the Edits with anyone else. They are for your eyes only.

In Freedom Unlocked:

A new module opens up each week, with a lesson released daily. The exception to this is integration week - when you recap on what you've already learned and embody it in your daily life.

The course modules may not be shared with anyone else - they are for your eyes only.

In The Freedom Recode:

This is 1:1 work - you will have 3 calls per month for 3 months (calls will be no more frequent than once per week). If it feels appropriate, you may renew your work with me at the end of the three months and we will discus this if it is something you seek.

In the event that you cannot make a session, you can reschedule that session with 48 hours notice. Any less than 48 hours notice, then I reserve the right for you to forfeit that session. Emergency events (hospitalisation etc) will be dealt with on a discretionary basis.

Where I cannot attend a session due to ill health or other emergency, I will offer you an alternative date and time to allow us to reschedule the session.

4.2 Clarifying questions & follow‑ups

The Freedom Edits are simple for you to follow and do not come with a space for questions or follow ups.

Freedom Unlocked allows you to ask clarifying questions as required in the facebook community - please allow 3 working days for a response.

The Freedom Recode is 1:1 work and you will be provided with contact details to reach out to me in between sessions as required.

4.3 Optional calls

You are welcome to book private call sessions to accompany your work in The Freedom Letters, The Freedom Edits, Freedom Unlocked or The Freedom Recode.

These are charged at an additional fee of £350 per call (up to 60 minutes on Zoom).

Calls are subject to my availability and must be booked in advance.

5. Availability, Holidays & Response Times

5.1 My holidays

I take holidays during the year for rest and family time. You can expect up to 10 weeks per calendar year where I will be unavailable.

These breaks will never cover an entire calendar month.

Any missed private coaching/mentoring calls due to my holidays will roll over and be rescheduled.

5.2 The Freedom Letters during holidays

I will let you know when I am on holiday.

Any missed weeks due to my holidays will be added on to the end of our time together so that you pay for and receive 52 weekly replies from me.

5.3 Your holidays & missed sessions

If you need to miss a call due to your own holiday, we can usually roll the call over within your overall coaching period (subject to notice and availability).

For The Freedom Letters, your membership includes one email response per week. Studio emails do not accumulate or roll over if you choose not to send one in a particular week.

5.4 General response times

For The Freedom Recode clients, weekday email support is offered Monday–Thursday, not including holidays or planned breaks.

I aim to reply within a reasonable timeframe (within 3 working days), but I do not offer instant messaging or emergency support.

6. Conduct, Boundaries, Fit & Payments

6.1 Professional boundaries

You agree to:

- Respect my working hours, boundaries and communication channels.

- Use the agreed platforms (e.g. email, Zoom, community platform) rather than personal channels.

- Avoid contacting me via personal social media or phone unless this has been specifically agreed in writing.

6.2 Inappropriate behaviour

The following are not acceptable in any of my spaces:

- Abusive, threatening or harassing messages

- Discriminatory or hate speech (e.g. racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, etc.)

- Sharing other people’s confidential information

- Persistent boundary pushing after a “no” has been clearly communicated

I reserve the right to terminate our work together, and/or remove you from group spaces, if boundaries are repeatedly or seriously violated. In such cases, refunds are at my sole discretion.

6.3 Ending our work

You may discontinue at any time subject to the terms of your specific agreement (e.g. notice periods, payment plans).

I may recommend pausing or ending our work if I believe a different kind of support would better serve you (e.g. therapy, medical support), or if the fit is not right.

Ending work is not a judgement of your worth or character; it is a professional and ethical consideration.

6.4 Payments

All payments are final. No refunds are provided. Should you wish to cancel services, you may do this but no refunds will be given.

Where payments are made in instalments, all payments will remain due even if you choose to cancel your services.

Monthly payments for The Freedom Edits will not be refunded upon cancellation but no further monthly payments will be collected from your cancellation. We require 7 days' notice before your scheduled payment date to ensure we have sufficient time to cancel any recurring payments for future months.

Where I am unable to provide services, indefinitely, due to ill health or accident, refunds for amounts already paid for the remaining term of service that I am unable to provide the services for, will be offered. For the avoidance of doubt, this will only apply to services you have paid for and not yet received.

7. Mutual Respect & Shared Responsibility

This work rests on mutual respect.

By signing up to any of my offers, you are agreeing:

- To show up honestly and as fully as you can, within your capacity.

- To respect the confidentiality and humanity of everyone in the space.

- To take responsibility for your own growth, choices and wellbeing.

- To honour the practical boundaries and structures that allow this work to stay safe and sustainable.

- To meet the financial obligation of the service you have signed up for

In return, I commit:

- To provide a grounded, non‑shaming, ethically held space.

- To respect your privacy and confidentiality within the limits stated above.

- To be clear about what I can and cannot offer.

- To keep doing my own self‑leadership and self‑trust work, so I can meet you from a resourced place.
