For 10 months of our year together, we will hold a virtual group board meeting (no more than 10 members of the Board). You set the agenda, bring your issues, ideas and questions and I will advise based on 23 years experience as a business advisor and Chartered Accountant and 13 years as Finance Director for turnaround and fast growth companies.
For two months, we will meet in person.
Our decisions and discussions will always focus on data. I have built a KPI dashboard that will automatically take your data and tell me how your business is doing (not just financially, we are looking at four core areas of online business). It’s not based on a finger in the air, or a gut feel, I am going to read your actual stats and see what is going on under the hood of your business. There is no shame here - we need the facts so we know where we are truly starting from.
On a quarterly basis we will review your products and pricing and make sure that they are a go.
On a weekly basis, you will have access to a goal setting and accountability tool to make sure you are delivering what you said and that all the action you are taking moves you closer to your goals (this will be delivered by email).
In our first board meeting, you are going to tell me what you want and why that matters to you and then we will work together every month to get you from where your current stats say you are to where you want to be. You tell me what income you need to live the lifestyle you want, right now, and I will translate it into the revenue and profit goals you need to hit to take home that amount (these two numbers are wildly different, having a 6 figure business, doesn't mean you are taking home 6 figure).
And we are going to do it in 12 months - so this isn’t a jolly, this will require you to do the work that we agree in every board meeting and come back the following month so we can assess (based on the actual data that is automatically being collected all the time without you doing anything) what we need to tweak and change.
This is very much a strategic business move. I am going to pick apart the strategy you are running and help you find one that fits and gets you to your goal quicker than you can imagine.

I can hook you up with my accountant who will do your year end accounts and tax filings and I can even bring my bookkeeping team who will make sure your financials are up to date during the year (additional cost for this).
And finally I will be bringing in guest experts who are the best in their field to help you with the core KPI areas we are looking at.

After 12 months in The Boardroom, you will understand the key performance indicators that tell you how your business is performing so that you can make the right decisions quickly.

What is the cost of investment?
It depends where you are on your business journey:
If you are working toward your first 6 figures - it is £297/month or £3,200 for the year.
If you have already hit 6 figures and are looking to go to 7 - it is £497/month or £5,400 for the year.
If you are already at 7 figures, The Boardroom isn’t for you at this time, come talk to me about my fractional CFO services where I would deliver all of the above on a 1:1 basis - prices start at £3,000 per month.

Do you guarantee results?
I don’t and for one reason only - if you don’t do the work that we agree in our board meetings - that is on you!
If however, you do everything that we agree to and you still don’t get any results (and remember I can see the data), I will absolutely refund you your investment.
If you sign up for twelve months and your circumstances change, I understand. This is business. If you need to leave, I will never hold you to stay on the Board.

Is The Boardroom for me?
If you are running an online or service based business and if you are working towards six figures (and already making at least £3k.month) or working on going from six figures towards seven, then yes, this is for you.
But please understand when you sign up to this experience - you are responsible for doing the work. I will translate the data, steer your strategy, come up with products and pricing, help you shift your mindset and energy but you are the one who implements. Know that this will require effort, patience, a can-do attitude and time. If you can’t bring that, don’t sign up.
The Boardroom also asks that you honour and understand that anything that is said in The Boardroom stays in The Boardroom.
