What This Is
I am a Chartered Accountant who does energy work. I know how that sounds. I was sceptical too, for a long time.

Do I need to have done energy work before?

Each session runs between 40 and 60 minutes depending on the topic. The introduction is 2 to 3 minutes. The clearing itself works through fears, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs in turn, so the length varies by how many layers need clearing on that particular topic.
