Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) Session

What is RTT?

RTT is a hybrid therapy which incorporates hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT and psychotherapy.  I trained with Marisa Peer who came up with the technique after 30 years of working with clients in this field.  Using RTT, I find the core beliefs that are causing your issue, once you understand them you are free from them and we program new beliefs. We put all the pieces back together again in the right way. Client’s have achieved incredible results, often, in as little as one session!

How does a session work?

We can work together in person or online. RTT is just as effective even if we are 10,000 miles apart.  A session takes about 90 minutes. Using hypnotherapy, allows me to access your subconscious mind, you effectively open the safe door and we then have access to memories and beliefs that you may not consciously recall. The final step is to reprogram your beliefs which I record and you continue to listen to the reprogramming for 21 days after our session.

What does RTT help with?

RTT works with pretty much everything from anxiety, fears (public speaking, driving etc) and phobias to weightloss, addiction and assisting with physical problems.  My absolute favourite way to use it, is to change your money mindset.  To give you back the confidence that you are enough, that you can make all the money you want and in a business that you love. My favourite modality on my favourite subject!
